Forster Street: a 3-storey build which included all aspects of plumbing, gas fitting, fire services, project and main storm water services and install new main sewer for subdivision at front of block. This project was undertaken over a 9 month period. The building was existing and with extensive demolition and new sections added, it is now a 3-storey building that houses students, a church, amenities and cafeteria. A new council main was added during the project to allow for subdivision of existing land out the front. The main sewer was located 5.5 metres underground and the existing main sewer service was effected by tides. All works had to be worked around the tides to allow safe working practices to be achieved.
